It's important to know the first steps when it comes to buying a home. 

1.) Have what you want in mind and how much you're willing to spend. 

2.) Get pre-qualified for a loan and or mortgage before you even think about purchasing. 

3.) Find the real estate agent that is right for you (this is where you reach out to me)! 

4.) We start the search for your perfect home, if you've never done this before I can help with some of the steps along the way! 

5.) We have a home inspection done and since you're pre-approved it's time to sit down with your lender! 

6.) After this the home is appraised and if you like the amount for purchase, you put in the offer. 

7.) From here you leave the rest to me to draw up the paper work and close the deal!
